Yannick Alléno is one of the elite circle of the world’s greatest chefs. Having twice earned three Michelin stars, in Paris and Courchevel, this enthusiast who has devoted his life to his passion creates characterful French dishes brimming with heritage and ambition. At Beaupassage, Alléno is at home in the dynamic, open-plan kitchen of the Allénothèque, running it with the generous, friendly spirit he acquired from his parents in their bistro. 

For him, this is a very personal space that combines cooking with his two other great passions: wine and contemporary art.
