La Boucherie-Restaurant

Alexandre Polmard has created a space laid out over two delightful floors. The ground floor is home to a delicatessen and butcher selling of all types of fresh meats or "hibernated" beef, while upstairs the restaurant - serving a 90% beef-based menu -  invites the diners to enjoy a fine piece of meat accompanied by a bottle of wine in a "chic cowshed" setting created by interior designer Chloé Genter. 

My meat comes from my own animals. I prepare it myself, and most of all I love to share it
